Who we are,and how we work.

Most owner-managed companies have two options when they need help. A large firm sends a team, most of it junior, and the bill grows with the hours. A freelancer costs less and knows one thing well, but cannot cover the rest and may not be there next quarter. Neither suits a company of twenty or two hundred people.

We are the option in between. You get one senior adviser for the whole job, a price agreed before we start, and a date the work finishes on. Where something sits outside what we do well, we bring in an accountant, a lawyer or a specialist who does it well, and we manage them so you do not have to.

Working that way limits how much we can take on. We are not trying to be the biggest firm, and we turn down work we cannot staff properly. We would rather say no on the first call than hand you something thin in month three.

The firm is registered in Delaware because its corporate law is the most tested and predictable in the United States, and because so much of our work involves companies either opening there or already operating from there. From that base we work with owners across Latin America, the United Kingdom and Europe coming into the US, and with US companies going the other way.
